The MAFP and Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial hospital (SKH) have jointly organized a symposium at Pan Pacific hotel, with the title of “Taiwan Healthcare Innovation Symposium”.
The opening remarks were delivered by Dr. Huang Chien-Hsien, the director of Medical Affairs, SKH and, Dr. Huang Ming-Jing, Taipei Economic office representative. After that, the chairman of the MAFP, Dr. Win Lwin Thein addressed a welcoming speech as a co-host of the symposium.
According to the theme of the symposium, different specialists from SKH presented the most advanced and innovative medical procedures. As an invited speaker, Dr. Kyaw Thu, the program director of MAFP, presented “Innovative Family Medicine Training in Myanmar”, explaining about a pioneer program to develop human resources for health. All the members of MAFP and fellowship candidates participated in this event.
The next day, SKH team visited the MAFP training center in U Chit Maung road to sharing more information and discussing further with MAFP.
